Waste Gas IncineratorZH-Q Process Description:
Direct-fired organic waste gas incineration systems are generally used for high-temperature incineration of organic waste gases at certain concentrations. By adjusting the amount of auxiliary fuel and the supply of combustion air, complete combustion of the waste gas and maintenance of the combustion temperature in the furnace are ensured. The furnace volume is determined based on the residence time of the incineration flue gas in the furnace chamber to ensure that the organic matter in the waste gas is completely combusted and decomposed within the furnace.
Main Features of the Waste Gas Incinerator:
1. The furnace combustion is designed according to the 3T1E principle (Temperature, Time, Turbulence, Excess Oxygen), ensuring that the waste gas is fully oxidized, pyrolyzed, and combusted in the furnace combustion chamber, achieving a destruction and removal efficiency of organic matter of over 99.99%.
2. Precise design of residence time ensures complete incineration of organic matter in the waste gas. Under normal operating conditions, the combustion chamber temperature is above 850°C, and the flue gas residence time is ≥1.5s, ensuring complete decomposition of organic matter. The furnace is also designed with heat storage insulation materials.
3. The waste gas nozzle adopts a vortex design, allowing the waste gas to enter the furnace in a rotating state, providing full dispersion and mixing. Waste gas, fuel gas, and combustion air are fully mixed in the incinerator, resulting in extremely high combustion speed and efficiency, with a low excess air coefficient, which saves fuel.
4. Safety design - Equipped with pre-purge function before startup to prevent gas explosions caused by combustible gases in the furnace. Flame detectors are installed in the furnace and delivery pipelines. In the event of flameout or flashback in the furnace, the waste gas supply is automatically cut off immediately, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
5. Through several generations of innovation, multiple advanced technologies and high-quality materials have been adopted, simplifying the equipment, reducing costs, and facilitating maintenance.
6. Waste heat utilization facilities can be designed to recover steam, hot air, and hot water for production and domestic use.
